Welcome to the 'Introductory Call' program by MF Business Coaching. This initial consultation is designed for entrepreneurs and small business owners who are eager to explore the potential of their ventures and seek expert guidance on their business journey. During this call, you will have the opportunity to discuss your business goals, challenges, and aspirations with a seasoned coach who has extensive experience in strategy, finance, operations, and technology. This session aims to provide you with a clear understanding of how MF Business Coaching can support your growth, and how the various programs can benefit you as an owner. Coming out of this session you should have an understanding on whether these programs are a good fit for you and your company and how we can work together.
Strategy Advisory
1.5 hours | Biweekly
$300 per month
Empowering you to align your business finances, operations, and technology with your broader aspirations. We'll work together to gain clarity on your business goals and priorities, through thought provoking conversations in which I aim to transfer my depth of expertise to you.

Analytical Advisory

Similar to Strategy Advisory except that I will access your systems and data myself to comb through and analyze your processes, and data in detail to derive more meaningful insights and better understand your current operations.
This program contains everything included with the Strategy Advisory offering with the following additions:

I will attain access to your systems and query data to better understand your business.

I will analyze your business trends based on your data to better inform our Advisory discussions.
